Hi there...just a suggestion about your pain...one of the common areas overlooked by many medical folks is the sacrolisic joint, this is what attaches the pelvis to the spine. Falls, and rear end car collisions are at the top of the list for provoking the pain.
I have been dealing with it for more than 4 years, and now have a doctor who understands the injury.
It mimicks alot of other "back pain" symptoms also, and is very easy to diagnose, but doctors aren't really trained to look for it.

I have learned much from the internet...take time to Google,,and you can possibly help determine if this is part of your issues.
