Hello Dew, I was reading a few of your posts yesterday about things that help. You were talking about a heating pad, I havent tried it yet but I have noticed that heat or keeping my arm warm seems to help. Although I still am in the early stages of this and I am hoping it stays that way . Thanks for responding .
