I'm on SSDI.....and it was quite an adjustment for me to go from working close to 60 hours a week to being at home fulltime. At first, whenever I'd have a "good" day I'd feel sort of guilty.....kind of like I should be doing something, just not sure what. But, I got over that real quick as I pay dearly for anything I do that out of my normal routine. Just a trip to the grocery wipes me out for the rest of the day.

At this point, I'm happy to take a step back.
