I just feel like my brain and my head is in another world, and if this fog would be lifted off of my head that I would be healed. Is this normal? I am also having the plugged ears but not as bad, its just majorly the foggy world. I am very upset about this whole thing, and I know that my brain is alright from the tests, I just wish that my old self would some back. Please help

hi sweet
the head injury time frame question comes up so many times here, because its the one thing we want to know, is when we may feel our old self again and it really dose depend on the extent of the injury or concussion I can only say it can be 3 minutes 3 hours 3 weeks or 3 months most !!!!!!! will be back to normal by then , things you can do for yourself is rest eat well keep hydrated take omega 3/6 supplements be kind to yourself its not every day you wake up feeling changed, do things you like, that don,t stress you out, this will help with depression , which is also a symptom of PCS but that dose not mean you have clinical depression , remember you are not alone, and there is every chance you will feel fine real soon , you cant rush things, keep in contact with your doc, map any small improvements it helps you realizes you are slowly recovering
