It is always hard to lose a beloved pet. We lost our springer spaniel just over a year ago and it was soo hard and I still miss him lots now.

Just an idea, I know you might not feel up to it now but maybe in time, it will help. When we lost our dog, Ben, we made a scrapbook with all of his pictures in it. We also have a 'memory box' with his leash, collar and brush etc in it. It helps sometimes when I miss him to get it out and look at it.#
