The tasks you cite are hugely important -- maybe in part because they keep us connected to our world and to ourselves.
They are part of self-nurture I think. And they keep us on track so that we can be ready to do more when the bipolar gets out of our way and lets us.
I wish I could help you with the computer issues.
Some days, I'd like to put a few people at Microsoft in jail for the crap they make us use.

Dear Pam,
I went to Ross and bought two little inexpensive purses.
I think I have been carrying around too much in my purse because it is easy for me to keep track of everything since it's all in one place.
But the big a++ purse means I have a heavier purse and in some ways a bigger target. . . not sure if that makes sense.
I can keep a closer eye on a smaller purse I think.
