Love sublingual B12. The GNC brand tastes pretty good. Cheaper brands have an unpleasant taste, just for a little while, though.
I'm just getting acquainted with your posts. I'm sorry you have so many things to deal with. It's hard, I'm sure. Just do the best you can.
When we're in these situations, you do what you have to do for now. Hopefully things will get better. Give it time.
