I'd prolly have to do the pharmacy thing... they are no longer any good.. I didn't keep them refridgerated for one and for two they are expired I am sure... I wish I would have done something with them when I first stopped taking it. I hate to waste such expensive helpful medicine.. Thanks for the info tho!!
