Your Body Grieves, Too
The emotions that hit you and come from you when you grieve are, without a doubt, some of the most stressful feelings you've ever had.
Just as your heart aches and your soul begins to heal, our body is likely to ache and need to heal, too. You may:
Be tremendously tired
hungry all the time, never hungry
sigh often and long (to get air into your lungs)
forget things
not be able to concentrate
be confused
jump at the slightest noise
have vague aches and pains, sometimes the same
ones your loved one had before death.
you may want to sleep all the time
you may not be able to sleep at all.
you may not care how you look now, either.
