I have done reflexology. My feet are pretty numb yet sensitive.
I have had two sessions with different people.
The first was at a hotel, my sister-in-law treated me to a half hour session. I felt good afterward but that was about it.
The second was at a chiropractor's place that also does therapeutic massage. One of the women was a licensed reflexologist. She hurt my feet! And her technique was ugh.
I guess it depends on what you are looking to treat.
