I had a nursing freind that was also a reflexologist so she did my sessions for free. I would call her up when I thought I was getting a sinus infection. After she did her thing my nose would drain like a faucet. She could even tell me how fatigued I was before I told her how I was doing. Now she did tell me that my gall bladder was inflamed and I had had it taken out several years earlier! So it's not an exact science. But it was just so therapuetoc to lay on her table, soft light and music, fountain in the background and her give me wonderful foot massages. She could work out kinks in my neck just by hitting the right spot on my foot.
