Hey Kell~ AYUP, I've noticed changes here and there too. I haven't fluctuated much on my weight, but I do have a different body shape than I used to. I used to have a prominent waistline and now I don't have those curves.. (sigh) I'm no longer able to work out like I used to, so my muscle tone is kaput!! (another sigh) Oh, and I'm shorter!! WAHHHH! I have also lost an inch in height due to a few compression fx's from my Osteo.
Mother never told me about all this junk!!!!!
