Hi. Music always helps me escape for awhile. Unless of course the music leads to dancing, then that's not helpful for long.
A good movie can do it. Designing something, if it isn't too time-consuming. And writing, though not for too long.
Sitting in the sunshine, in the Spring and Fall when it's not too hot, is really nice too - listening to the birds.
And as counterintuitive as it may sound, I like taking baths. A quiet place to think and be creative.
And sometimes I just need to whine about it all, to get MG out of my brain for awhile. Kind of like a cleansing scream!
