I'm taking 400 IU per day of D2

I'm taking 1000 IU per day of D3.
Most of the pills I take puts me in a deep sleep, but then I can't wake up and don't help with the pain. If I don't take the pills (well, most of them), I still hurt, but I can't sleep. A never ending circle.
