Hi, Bob explained it perfectly, when I was going the healing process I had bouts of increased symptoms followed very slightly less severity until it flared up again, the less severity part was so little that it really was only noticable over a few months, from year to year really showed the most improvement, it was a total of 5 years to get back to normal again.
