I think your B12 levels were up because you were taking
the supplements when the tests were done.
I don't know off hand what the ranges for MMA are. They should be printed on your test. A good result to have is a LOW number.
I did look around and found this article which states, that MMA done with a urine test is more accurate. Now this would be important for people with the genetic disease that raises MMA (this is rare--mostly done with children).

Since your initial test was very low, and since you have the antibodies, you know you will need B12 for life now. That is all that really matters.
