Hi Sally,
If you feel better on antibiotics already that's wonderful news. Do they know the certain bacteria that caused the ear infection? The reason why I am asking is alot of bacteria have cell, L form's and cyst form's. In other words very tricky at times, so you can take a antibiotic for L form that can put the infection into a cyst form. If it is that type of infection you might need 2 different antibiotics. If they can pin point the ear infection it just would be better for you.
