I suspect the "shocks" are from the metoclopramide-- did they start after you started it?

This drug has some warnings attached to it. It does affect some dopamine and serotonin actions.
Google it and you will see. Its use has declined because of side effects. (but it is the only drug that will do what it does now available since Propulsid was withdrawn).
