I wonder since you said it is at night if some could be from cramping or circulatory issues. I am no doc but I know for me when I am still for a period I take on a different type of pain. Also random though not the exact same is you I will get this feeling in my feet like when you were a kid and if you ran your feet back and forth on the carpert those shock carpet burn feeling if that makes sense. Hope you feel better. Such unpleasant feelings.
Loretta on a side not vicodin does not really help me that much either and I was told that it is not the best for nerve pain/rsd type. I still take it when i am at the point of have to try something but just some thoughts. Hang in there all
