I have tremors in my feet (bad) and they will increase when I have a flare-up. My hands and fingers get shaky too, like I have nerves, very annoying. Ever since treatment started for my arms and hands, it's not half as bad as my legs. Right now the tremors in my hands happen more on off days and when I've used them too much (moderation really is key). I really do hope that these tremors aren't permanent, because it's hard to type as it is (and I love writing and typing, the motivation to get well is extremely high). It's gotten better than last year, but still... I can just manage the internet messages I post. After a while my hands and fingers will stiffen up and esp. my right upper arm will start to hurt (as if it's being held in a vice).
