first of all i want to say that i am so sorry that you have lost your home this way. my coumminty is goin thro the same sort of thing. on good friday there was an f4 that came thro and destoryed most of our city. we are very very lucky as we are one of the lucky ones 3 houses were spared on our street mine was one. we had damage but our house is still standing so we are lucky.. hang in there it does get a little better over time i swear. now yes the disc will cause the headaches and increased pain. the heel pain maybe due to the frost bite and burns and causing flare.. your story isnt too long we want to know this stuff and help everyone as we can.. please keep talkin like pete said. we are all here to help wach other ..
i would do what dreambeliever said maybe you can look into another doc. because u are right you have probly been completely immuned to the pain meds at the same dose for 2yrs.. please let us know how things are goin
