Hand shakes are normal for me i also get a clamping down sensation where i can not release my hand... It is most likely some sort of spasm... and if not a spasm something to do with the nerve maybe..... I would maybe make an appointment with your doc and bringing it up... I know when i was having alot of problmes with it the put me on neurotin and it helped it out alot...
