At times I've had a tender spot on the outside of my arm/bicep and above my elbow. For awhile it was quite painful. The MD never did give it a name...I did get some PT about that time and they did a good job of pain reduction for me.

When it was most bothersome for me, I think it was due to tension/spasms pulling on everything, my wrist joints flared up at the same time so i think it all was related.

There are insertion areas where the muscles/tendons attach to the bones those places can get irritated too.

I hadn't noticed it for awhile - but i was pressing around to see if it was in the areas you described and I found it again, but only a slight tenderness with pressing on it.
