Hey Kitty. Jim has this happen from time and he went to see an ocupational therapist for it. He gave Jim a hand exercisor and playdoh type stuff. The playdoh he rolls and pulls apart to keep the muscles loose and the fingers from curling. Hope you get relief soon!
