I try and exercise my hand as much as I can. Sometimes it feels like it's so swollen that I can't bend my fingers....but I can. I'll spread my fingers as far apart as I can and then flex then back and forth - sort of like using a hand exercise ball without there being a ball there! Towards the end of the day, though, it's painful as I've used it all day.

I didn't take the Zyrtec last night....just the Benedryl. I still itched, though!
But I did sleep more than I usually do. Hey, maybe if I take them both I'll actually sleep through the night! JK....I'd never do that.
