I had found that website but still couldn't understand it, I think I do now. It helped me understand why I was hurting differently then I remembered on the right side.

Had PT yesterday to work on the TOS, Fibro, neck and back problems.

I try to stay very active but I'm finding out, this is not good for me. My PTist said that my mind was telling me I could do more then my body is. Too bad they can't get together. LOL
