I have had 2 right rotator cuff surgeries, ulner nerve surgery, and triggerfinger surgery on the right side along with the TOS surgery. I still have CTS, and ulner on the left side. It's trying to come out now but I just try and do too much. I am going to slow down in hopes to get it all to calm down to avoid surgeries on those for now.

You might ask your Dr. about triggerpoint injections. I had them in my shoulder, elbow and hand before I got to the point where I needed surgery. My Dr. uses Lidocaine, no steriods and they do help for months, even years.

I also have had CTS surgeries and Ulnar, median, radial nerve damage, plus the brachail plexus in both arms. Plus frozen shoulders. Yes, I have trigger point injections. They help a lot.
