Mine does that!

The messages from my stomach to my brain and vice versa are so mixed up.

With as little as I eat you would think I would be as thin as a rail but I'm not. I truly have to force myself to eat and am on what I call a one bite diet. One bit and I'm full.
I actually drink a lot of smoothies and blended fruit/veggie drinks as I don't get that full feeling right away and I can digest it better. Plus, it is a great way to ensure I am getting all my vitamins and nutrients that I need.
