Hi Gene,
there is light at the end of the tunnel, even if it does flicker occaisionally.
When I look back on how bad I was, Iam much better now. Im not back to my normal life, but much better. I have learnt (mostly) how to pace myself, this helps you not to over do things and therefor exhaust yourself.
