Sunshine,
You're getting good advice from everyone.
I have full body RSD, and had that first in the spine.
I know what that feels like.
Then, another accident, and discs herniated in neck and low back. The low back discs cause the sciatica, down whichever leg it chooses that particular day, usually the left.
The RSD is the deep burn, electrical nerve pain.
The discs (which I suspect you'll need a scan for) is more of a deep ache.
(If this makes any sense).
For my low back and neck, the lidocaine patches are saviors!
Since I don't drive right now (hafto pay wifey), I can't get to my chiropractor.
Hope you get some relief!
