I'm new here too. I've been on Lyrica for 18 months and find it works well for my neuropathy. Dizziness is often mentioned as a side effect and for me it was only at the beginning, the first few weeks, and when I upped my dose.
The only lasting side effect for me is I have to watch what I eat now because I started putting on some pounds. This is actually a good thing because my diet has become much healthier.
