cold... did someone say "cold?"

My left arm is the worst. Right affected to some degree. I learned to keep my arms fleece warm. Use a throw or blanket, warmer clothes. The new Snuggies (blankets with sleeves) are great for keeping my arms warm, but hard to move about in. Keeping my arms warm has kept my pain level down to nothing.

I don't use a heating pad anymore. I think the heating pad causes swelling, on a microscopic basis, so I do better by dressing warmer. If I'm out in the cold, it bothers my TOS.

My good doctor in Louisville says that's nerve damage. I would have thought more arterial, but I trust what he says.
