Oh my poor Jappy bud~ Too many changes going on and way too much stress for you to deal with. You said you were going to ''take one day at a time'' and that's great advice, even if you gave it to yourself. 
I hope your renovations are finished soon and you can feel better; last night's good sleep is a plus.
