I never rode hose rides. Hated them.

Some days its a real bummer.
Woke up yesterday realizing that I was in withdrawal
Overall aches, Headache, Gagging, coughing, nausea, BM's.........everything.
Forgot to take my meds at 10:00 Sat Nite. Fell asleep early.

I still feel like crap. Flu-like sx. Scratchy throat, throat feels like closing.
I'll wait a few days & if it doesn't get better, off to the doc.
I work in an area with many Mexican immigrants. Handle money.
Try to wash my hands frequently.
Don't need a real case of the flu.


Some days are a real bummer.
