Basically, when you have antibodies, whether it's celiac disease, lupus, MG or thyroid, it means that your body is being attacked. In your case, the antibodies are attacking your thyroid. Your TSH is still normal because the "attack of the antibodies" hasn't done enough damage . . . yet.

This is a situation that HAS TO be followed closely and followed by an endocrinologist. I don't care how good your primary doctor is, you need an endo to deal with this. They can give some instructions to your primary, like how often to do the TSH, T4, etc.

I'm sorry that it appears you have more than one autoimmune problem going on. Unfortunately, many of us do have more than one. I have MG and Celiac disease.

I'm glad you are getting help. That's half the battle.
