I don't know what to tell you about that part of it... other than that system stinks if you have a so called "invisible" injury..
It's just so hard and stressful to go thru the process to prove TOS and then to prove the job caused it.

I can't recall if your sx are mostly vascular or nerve.
Or if you even got any really good PT at all?

Have you applied for disability at all, if not I would get started on that.

There's the short term disability and then the long term - I forget which letters are for which one SSDI or SSI?? I guess there is SSD too.
