Default foot/leg cramps

if you can make sense of this lengthy article, it will help explain the cramping/dystonia or whatever you want to call it.

the way i see it, l-dopa overrides/stimulates the weakened muscles in the leg/hip and until it wears off, i can function somewhat normally. then when it's spent, things (bones, muscles) twist, painfully, back to their dysfunctional, painful positions.....until the next boost .....

does anybody else get this?
