I have always heard that magnesium was bad for us with MG. Recently my regular doctor suggested I start taking Caltrate 600-D after the results of a bone density scan and my age soon to be 57. After reading the ingredients, I noticed about half way down the list is magnesium, but not how much. Does anyone know how much is too much? Thanks, I'm a newbie here and I just love how helpful & supportive everyone is. Wish this was around 10 years ago, but I'm so happy I found it now.
