My breathing troubles come when I walk up stairs. I live in a 2 story house and my school classroom is on the 2nd floor. I am so out of breath when I walk up the stairs, I huff and puff, I feel like such a wimp.

I also get those chest spasms. They hurt so bad too, take my breath away.
