I Was Ising Ice And The Pain Was Intense..dr Informed Me That Ice Or Cold Could Furthur Any Nerve Damage..so Now No Ice And No Heat...heat Makes The Blood Flow But I Don't Have The Strength In My Arm To Pump The Blood Back Up So My Hand And Arm Swell And Pain Worsens...damned If I Do Damned If I Don't .....still I Keep Trying????
