My feet and ankles just ache when I stand up and go to walk around after sitting for awhile or just getting out of bed in the morning. I have aching pain in my knee also and that is just at night. My neuro sent me to an arthritis specialist because my Sed Rate and CRP (C-Reactive Protein) were elevated. These are tests that are for inflammation/cancer. I don't have the pain while I'm sitting, but after going all day and then sitting down to watch tv for awhile and getting back up, my whole body is stiff. I drink plenty of water thru the day (8-8oz glasses),so I don't think I'm dehydrated. I have to go back to the arthritis specialist next Friday to find out my blood test results and I'll tell them about my stiffness and aches and see what they think.
