Quick note:
Maybe it just doesn't work for MY migraines?
(I know you and I both have some head pain issues).
Maybe yours is like a muscle pulling up the back of your neck/head, I think those are called "Occipital" Headache. If it's muscular, methadone works for me. Just not MY migraine.
