He said he is glad in a way I didn't have the treatment, because it would have altered my blood & biopsy results, so he wants to leave me flared up. The biopsy will show if my neuropathy & myopathy is connective tissue or a true muscle disease. I think I may be on the way to getting my overlap finally diagnosed, as the damage is really showing up now. in a lot of my testing.

Hi Mary,
I am so glad to hear you may finally be getting the overlap diagnosed, but I am so sorry you have to feel so bad in the meantime. How are you feeling today? I'm glad he let them have it for messing up your treatment, but as you said, it's just as well now...still no excuse though. I know you don't see the Rheumy till the 16th, but have you had or has he ordered the blood work? It looks promising that you will be getting some answers soon, and you will start feeling better!
