I do take prescription antihistimines and otc ones too but try not to use them too often. Same w/sprays as well. Used same things for several years w/o this new wrinkle tho.
While I at times sleep w/the mouth open, This issue is occuring mostly during the daytime and I know I'm not mouth-breathing at these times. Quite strange.
Well, I'll be seeing a round of docs soon and hopefully will get this sorted out.
The products you mentioned are interesting tho, I'll keep an eye out for them.
