Good Luck with making that appointment Mari. That's one more step towards investigating/resolving your sleep issues.

Meanwhile, I hope you are able to get some good sleep in. Hopefully at night sometime, but, at least in the day if not.

My former pdoc when i went through periods of total night-owlness, especially when depressed, used to tell me about sleep hygiene and all that and about not napping in the day. BUT he would always add that if push came to shove, I needed to get some sleep no matter what. And if right then i wasn't for whatever reason sleeping at night, then sleeping in the day would just have to do. In otherwords, getting sleep was priority #1 to him, fixing when i got it was a secondary issue. Important, yes, but secondary.

So i hope you get some good, solid, restful, peaceful SLEEP, whenever you can get it for now.

Especially as you have been feeling poorly and stressed... we need it more at such times!
