Sometimes all you need to say is "God I can't handle today give me strength and wisdom for the day". "Hold me close today and cover me with your peace of mind." God know our hearts we don't have to depress ourselves by going over the details.
satan creeps into our minds and takes our focus off God. Ask God to remove satan from your life. Let satan know he's not welome in your life. He is the master of guilt and self pitty and that's just a few of the negative feelings he uses. He wants our focus off God and all that is good.
Honor God and ask for his strenght to get you through the day and peace of mind to cover you.
