Nice idea for a thread, Sally.
My Dad and his wife are visiting from Canada. Yesterday evening, we stayed home and played Taboo. They'd never played it before, and had a good time. I bought Dad a game today, and plan to wrap it and send it home with his wife, so that she can give it to him for Father's Day from me.
This afternoon, we went to visit an underground salt museum (http://www.undergroundmuseum.org/index.php"]http://www.undergroundmuseum.org/index.php) and did some window shopping in a town that is known for its Amish history (http://www.yoderkansas.com), before going out for supper. I wasn't terribly interested in the mining aspects of the tour. I was most interested in how they use some of the mine for underground storage (http://www.undergroundvaults.com/sitemap.cfm).
Tomorrow, after church, we will just take it easy. Monday, we'll take them back to the airport. They've been here a little over a week. Came for DS's high school graduation.
