Well I thought sure this was a problem in my muscle. But I guess I was proven wrong. My neuro said she thought I had hit a nerve root of a nerve root, etc. She ordered a cortisone dose pack and some Lortab. After one day of the dose pack, I would say the pain level was down by at least 50%. And my severe limitation of movement is all but gone unless I am up finishing my shopping! So I do a little, go home for a little nap and then go back out. Since we aren't having Christmas until Dec 30, I am going to stop for now so I can have the energy to go see the new grand baby Thursday.
