why the pain stopped

Hi, Boopers ....
The vitamin C had nothing to do with stopping this pain. The intensity and nature of the pain changes as the infections breaks out of the tooth root, forces itself outward, against the bone and the rest of the nerve, then begins to make its way out into the gum.
The pain disappeared not because of the Vit C she took or the salt water she held in her mouth. The pus pocket would eventually find some way of breaking out. The pain stopped because the the pressure stopped when the pus could flow out and stop pressing against the nerves.
