With time 6-8 wks the SAMe should be working and you won't need the Celebrex. You can take them together but continuing with Celebrex will mask the gains you get on the SAMe.

Long term use of NSAIDs can impair healing. SAMe promotes healing, so you may be able to get by like l do with occasional Tylenol.

The glucosamine is your choice. Newest studies show little gain from it. But I know people who like it and still use it.
That is up to you. It won't have any harmful interactions, but if you want to save some $$ you can drop it too eventually.
